§ 1. Interpretation
"Agreement" means this document and all incorporated policies; "Platform" means the website, apps, and services operated by casinosiniceland.is; "Player" means any individual accessing the Platform; "Operator" means casinosiniceland.is, licensed; "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded subject to wagering; "Wagering Requirement" means the multiplier applied to bonus funds before withdrawal eligibility is conferred.
§ 2. Player Obligations
2.1 Eligibility and Acceptance
You shall confirm, as a condition precedent to registration, that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the statutory minimum gambling age in your territory of residence, whichever is greater. You shall ensure online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before accessing the Platform. You shall not access or permit access from any Restricted Territory listed on the Platform. By registering or wagering, you are deemed to have irrevocably accepted this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable game rules.
2.2 Account Creation
You shall register only one (1) account. You shall not register on behalf of a third party, permit shared account use, or operate secondary accounts via proxies or aliases. You shall supply only truthful, complete, and current personal data and shall update such data promptly whenever it changes. You shall maintain strict confidentiality of your login credentials and bear sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. You shall notify [email protected] immediately upon suspected unauthorised access.
2.3 Verification
You shall submit identity documents when requested, including a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address dated within ninety (90) days, and confirmation of your nominated payment method. You shall provide documents within twenty-one (21) calendar days of any request. Failure to comply may result in withdrawal suspension and account closure without Operator liability.
2.4 Financial Obligations
You shall deposit only funds in your own name, originating from lawfully registered payment instruments. You shall not fund your account with proceeds of unlawful activity or use the Platform for money-laundering. You shall observe all deposit and withdrawal limits shown in the cashier.
2.5 Conduct
You shall use the Platform exclusively for lawful personal entertainment. You shall not employ bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated mechanism to interact with the Platform. You shall not engage in collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated exploitation of game mechanics. You shall not exploit software errors or misconfigured odds; winnings derived from such exploitation are void and shall be reversed. You shall not direct abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language at staff or other players.
§ 3. Operator Obligations
3.1 Licensing and Fairness
We shall operate in full compliance with regulations and maintain all required licences. We shall offer only certified games whose Random Number Generators have been independently audited. We shall publish return-to-player percentages as required by applicable regulation.
3.2 Security and Funds
We shall implement industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and financial data. We shall hold all Player deposits in segregated accounts, separate from operational funds, ensuring your balance remains protected in the event of insolvency.
3.3 Bonus Transparency
We shall clearly state all Wagering Requirements, contribution rates, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits at each promotional offer. Unless individually specified, the standard Wagering Requirement is thirty-five times (35×) the combined Bonus Funds and qualifying deposit. Uncompleted wagering within thirty (30) days of activation shall result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any derived winnings. We shall not retroactively alter active wagering requirements to the Player's detriment.
3.4 Withdrawal Processing
We shall process approved withdrawal requests within one to five (1–5) business days. We shall return funds via the original deposit method wherever technically feasible; where not possible, an alternative method shall be agreed in writing.
§ 4. Mutual Agreements
4.1 Intellectual Property
Both parties acknowledge that all Platform content — software, trademarks, game assets, interface design, and written material — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors. The Operator grants the Player a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence for personal access only. The Player shall not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any Platform asset without prior written consent.
4.2 Limitation of Liability
Neither party shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses — including lost profits or wagering opportunity — arising from service interruptions, third-party failures, or force majeure. The Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed that Player's verified net deposits during the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant event.
4.3 Modification Rights
The Operator may amend this Agreement at any time; material amendments will be communicated via registered email or a prominent Platform notice. Continued Platform use following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
4.4 Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement. The Operator may terminate immediately upon breach of these Terms, regulatory instruction, detection of fraud, or upon the Player's voluntary request submitted to [email protected]. Upon termination, Bonus Funds are forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.
4.5 Dispute Resolution
The Player shall submit complaints in writing to [email protected] with full particulars of the dispute. The Operator shall acknowledge receipt within forty-eight (48) hours and deliver a final decision within fourteen (14) business days. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity designated. This Agreement is governed by the laws, both parties irrevocably submitting to its courts.
